Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed working drawings
Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for design integration
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design
Assist in resolving design and execution-related issues at site
Prepare presentations, design reports, and documentation
Maintain updated records of drawings and revisions
Mandatory Site Visits

Required Skills & Software Knowledge
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge / hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit




Familiarity with SketchUp / Lumion / 3ds Max is an advantage
Positive understanding of construction drawings and detailing
Knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Salary: As per industry standards.
Work Location: Pune

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
