Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior and provide effective troubleshooting.
Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to contract management systems.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise applications.
Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
