We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the residential (B2C) solar segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, conducting customer meetings, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for residential solar installations.
Meet prospective customers through field visits and appointments.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the design, technical, and project execution teams to ensure timely installation.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and government solar subsidy schemes.
Submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in solar sales (B2C).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Good knowledge of residential solar systems and government subsidy programs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
