We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence , drive customer engagement, and maximize revenue through strategic marketing initiatives for our group of hotels in Chandigarh tricity.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content, campaigns, and promotions aligned with the hotel’s brand identity.
Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize campaigns for higher reach and engagement.
Performance Marketing & PPC
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display & Retargeting).
Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, bookings, and inquiries.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and regular reporting.
Marketing Strategy & Branding
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote rooms, restaurants, banquets, and events.
Build partnerships with influencers, agencies, and local businesses for brand amplification.
Ensure consistency in branding across digital, print, and offline channels.
Content & Communication




Oversee creation of marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional videos.
Manage email marketing campaigns to enhance guest loyalty and retention.
Drive storytelling and PR activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Track marketing performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, engagement, conversions).
Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Robust knowledge of PPC, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid campaigns.
Creative mindset with hands-on experience in content creation and social media management tools.
Solid communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
