Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by achieving assigned targets
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/database records
Connect with prospective clients via calls and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable certification services
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Address customer queries with prompt and effective solutions




Coordinate and schedule meetings with the marketing team when required

What We’re Looking For
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
Confidence in presenting services and engaging with clients
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Team player with a proactive attitude
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
