We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Audit Executive to join our team at MJPT & Co LLP. The candidate will be responsible for handling Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits of various clients across industries. The role involves planning, execution, reporting, and client interaction under the guidance of senior partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Audit:
Conduct statutory audits of companies as per Companies Act, 2013
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and relevant regulations
Draft audit reports, CARO reports, and management letters
Preparation and finalization of financial statements
Internal Audit:
Design audit plans and scope based on client risk assessment
Perform internal audits and process reviews
Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend improvements
Document findings and prepare internal audit reports
Additional Responsibilities:
Support in Tax Audits, GST audits, and Limited Reviews
Liaison with clients for data collection and query resolution
Ensure timely execution and reporting of audits
Maintain proper working papers and audit documentation
Requirements:
Education: CA Inter / CA Final / B.Com with relevant audit experience
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in statutory or internal audits
Valuable knowledge of Accounting Standards, TDS, GST, and Companies Act
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and audit software tools
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
