About the Role

We're looking for someone who lives online — not in a "too much screen time" way, but in a "knows a trend is dying before it's even peaked" way. You'll be the person behind our brand's voice across platforms, turning ideas into content, trends into opportunities, and followers into a community.

If you can spot a viral sound before it hits your FYP, argue passionately about the best meme format for a Monday post, and still hit deadlines — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Own and execute the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Plan, plan and post content that's on-brand, on-trend, and on time

Jump on real-time trends and cultural moments with sharp, quick, relevant content (moment marketing is your love language)

Coordinate closely with the creative team to ensure content deliverables are met on schedule

Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers who genuinely align with our brand and audience

Track platform trends, algorithm shifts,



and competitor activity — and translate that into action

Monitor performance and community engagement, and adjust strategy on the fly

What We're Looking For

You're chronically online (in the best way) and have a real pulse on global social media trends

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — how each platform actually works, not just how to post on it

Quick thinker who can turn around content ideas quick, especially for trending moments

Experience managing multiple social accounts/brands is a big plus

An eye for valuable influencer-brand fit, beyond just follower count

Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams

Self-starter energy — comfortable owning a calendar and deadlines independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
