Compensation Structure

For Freshers:
Monthly Salary (CTC): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
Variable Incentive: ₹3,000 per month

For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years):
Monthly Salary (CTC): ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
Variable Incentive: ₹3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor – Operations to manage daily workforce activities, ensure smooth operations across assigned locations, and meet client delivery expectations. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination skills, leadership ability, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities Operational & Workforce Management
Manage daily manpower rosters and ensure adequate staffing at all assigned locations
Conduct daily performance briefings to align teams with operational goals
Execute hiring as per client requirements and ensure timely deployment of manpower

Performance & Client Deliverables
Drive and achieve operational KPIs as per client expectations
Ensure same-day clearance of RTS and pending cash collections
Maintain discipline,



hygiene, and smooth functioning at client locations

Issue Resolution
Handle customer escalations and operational challenges promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and ensure service recovery

Reporting & Documentation
Submit accurate daily closing and performance reports to the Reporting Team Leader
Maintain proper records, documentation, and operational updates

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or workforce management preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Strong communication and leadership skills
