We are looking for a Commis Chef to assist in daily kitchen operations and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing dishes as per standard recipes (SOPs)
Assisting in mise en place and prep work
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Supporting senior chefs during service
Ensuring portion control and minimizing wastage
Handling basic cooking tasks (grilling, sautéing, assembling dishes)
Following kitchen safety standards

Basic understanding of kitchen operations
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs strictly
Valuable speed and ability to work during rush hours
Clean working habits and hygiene awareness
Willingness to learn and grow
Team player attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in café or continental kitchen (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Familiarity with salads, sandwiches, breakfast, or desserts
