JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Counsel prospective candidates over the phone, provide accurate course information, and convert inquiries into registrations.
Handle phone calls and email communications promptly and professionally as the first point of contact.
Competence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills , Interpersonal skills & telephone etiquette.
