Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor kitchen inventory and order ingredients as needed.
Manage kitchen operations, including supervising junior kitchen staff if required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to meet dietary needs or special requests.
Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of food.
Keep up-to-date with current culinary trends and regional Indian cuisines.
