Desired Skills




Robust technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Knowledge of construction materials and execution practices
Vendor and subcontractor management
Project scheduling and planning
Client communication skills
Quality control and site management
Problem-solving and leadership abilities

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, architecture, interiors, or project execution.

Professionals with an existing execution team or site management experience will be preferred.
