About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Executive / Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory operations, ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, oversee manpower, inventory, and warehouse operations, and ensure timely dispatch of B2B and e-commerce orders.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage factory staff, allocate work, monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
Oversee packing, labelling, batch coding, and finished goods quality.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, QC, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
Ensure preventive maintenance and effective utilization of machines and equipment.
Manage warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
Handle dispatch planning for B2B and e-commerce orders, ensuring timely picking, packing, invoicing, and shipment.




Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize dispatch errors.
Maintain production, inventory, and dispatch records and prepare daily operational reports.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, hygiene products, personal care, or manufacturing operations.
Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of production, inventory, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment is preferred.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP/software) and good communication skills.
