We're expanding our academic team and are looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel Management & Hospitality Faculty to train and mentor students for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in Hotel Management & Hospitality.
Teach Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, and Hotel Operations.
Conduct practical demonstrations and industry-oriented training sessions.
Guide students through internships, projects, and career development activities.
Mentor students to develop skilled, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Relevant industry experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality operations is preferred.
Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
