Site Execution & Supervision. Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
Monitor workmanship quality and construction standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Verify site measurements and quantities.
Conduct regular quality inspections of civil works.
Ensure compliance with construction specifications and safety standards.
Check material quality before usage.
Monitor concrete works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
Prepare daily work schedules and monitor progress.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and clients.
Resolve site-related technical issues.
Maintain project timelines and ensure milestone completion.
Estimate and verify material requirements.
Track material consumption and wastage.
Maintain stock records and coordinate procurement requirements.
Verify supplier deliveries and material quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
