We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-connected, and highly organized Admissions Manager to lead our admissions operations and support strategic initiatives at MSM. This role plays a key part in managing admissions processes, coordinating with global partners, and ensuring seamless collaboration between students, agents, and institutions.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing admissions workflows, maintaining records, and supporting institutional partnerships.
Agent Management Services
Manage and maintain records and services related to partner agents.
Ensure effective coordination and communication with the agent network.
Student Management Services
Oversee records and services related to student applications and admissions.
Support students throughout the application process.
Application Processing
Pre-assess and process student applications in accordance with institutional requirements.
Institution Coordination
Coordinate and manage records and services for partner institutions.
Ensure timely communication and documentation with institutional partners.
Record Management
Maintain accurate reports and records for all admissions-related tasks and activities.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions operations.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred
International Education, Higher Education, or Information Technology.
Solid communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Knowledge of global education trends, policies, and economic drivers within the international education sector.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with senior executives and institutional partners.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
