We are looking for a sharp, curious Associate Product Manager to join our product team. You will work closely with senior PMs, engineers, and designers to define, build, and iterate on features that make our platform indispensable for enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership role — you will own specific product areas end-to-end and represent the voice of the customer in every decision.

What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for one or more product modules, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can act on.
Partner with sales and customer success to understand pipeline blockers and retention risks, and translate them into product decisions.
Define and track north-star metrics and leading indicators for your areas
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
Evaluate competitor products and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
Champion design quality and usability; collaborate closely with designers on workflows and edge cases.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in product management
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems
Degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, BITS or equivalent)
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
