Job Title: Social Media Lead / Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Lead / Social Media Manager who can drive end-to-end social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms. The role requires robust campaign thinking, rapid content execution, and the ability to manage workflows and teams efficiently.

Candidates with agency experience managing multiple brands/accounts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end social media strategy and content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan and execute campaigns, content series, and seasonal/social media moments.
Lead content creation and creative direction for the social media team.
Manage team workflows, including briefing, reviewing content, setting timelines, and ensuring quality control.




Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as watch time, retention, saves, shares, reach, and CTR.
Continuously optimize content strategy based on insights and analytics.
Ensure brand voice consistency and strong community engagement across platforms.

Preferred Background
Experience working in a digital or creative agency environment.
Proven ability to handle multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
Robust understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and digital storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
