Position: Senior Engineer – Civil

Experience: 6+ yrs with Contracting Companies (Industrial & Commercial Construction)

Qualification: BE /B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering. Any other Certification in related field.

Responsibilities:
Studying the BOQ in detail before starting any activity and explaining the same to juniors & assist PM for Budget planning
Effective resources (Manpower & Material) utilization Effective coordination with seniors, juniors, consultants, contractors, labours & solve related issues.
Ensuring optimum utilization of machinery & other resources allotted for execution on site.
Monitoring of wastage and taking corrective actions for controlling the same.
Providing Material feedbacks & Planning to seniors & ensures in time materials on site.




Works in coordination with Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of work at every stage of execution.
Daily Progress Report (DPR) to seniors, Allocation of labour in the site as per the requirement.
Ensuring Compliance with all safety norms, Coordination with team of Safety/ Quality/ Stores/ Purchase.
Measures utilized to avoid wastage of material and labour/ cleanliness & housekeeping at site.
