Roles & Responsibilities :

Job description
Responsible for finalization of all annual accounts, audit and all the statutory tax compliance.
Responsible for preparation of consolidated financial statements of the company
Preparing financial results of the company for quarterly, half-yearly and annually.
Compilation of Annual Budget and conducting variance analysis on monthly basis and preparing budgeted financial statements on monthly basis and submission of it to management.
Day to day supervision and control of accounts at head office.
Responsible for MIS generation, Cost analysis. Monthly cash flow and report to the management
Handle all TDS related matters, like filing of TDS return, Correction of Returns.
Computation of Tax of entire group companies and preparation of tax audit report
Filing Income Tax return of entire group of companies.
Filing VAT & CST, Qualified Tax & Entry Tax return on a quarterly basis.
Filing of service tax return of the company on half yearly/as required.
Online filing of Sales Tax declaration forms i.e. Form - C and F and Assessed dues with the sales Tax Department.




Handing Company's sales tax assessment including appearance to the sales tax hearings, preparation and submission of documents from time to time and finally get the assessment done from time to time.
Responsible for smooth and timely completion of Statutory audit, Internal audit, Tax audit, Vat Audit and Stock Audit etc. with proper co-ordination with the auditors.

Desired Candidates Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience
Microsoft Office – Extremely well versed with advanced Excel and macros
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fixed Income Research
Portfolio Management
Solid experience in different company valuation models for power sector companies and future business projections
Solid knowledge of different types of fundraising models: Equity, debt, convertible note, debentures, green bonds etc.
Financial Modeling - L.B.O Modeling, M&A; Modeling to reflect accurate pricing, Project (Power) Financing
