We are seeking ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our department and working alongside other sales team members to expand our business in the Bangalore region. This position is ideal for candidates who are willing to commit to fieldwork, conduct market research, identify new business prospects, and set annual sales goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction.
Promote the company's products and services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Schedule and meet with corporate clients based on predetermined appointments.
Collaborate with Inside Account teams to establish direct relationships with end-user organizations for potential solutions.
Demonstrate solid interpersonal skills and deliver compelling presentations.
Be willing to travel extensively in the field to meet key decision-makers and articulate Quadra’s value.




Communicate effectively with Inside Sales account teams.
Coordinate activities with the Marketing team on a regular basis.
Present Quadra’s value proposition to a variety of audiences, including IT directors and executive-level professionals.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 -4years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects.
