Ayush Ortho is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in handling patient or customer interactions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
Provide accurate information about hospital services and guide patients accordingly.
Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, feedback, and service quality.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Front Office, Call Centre, or Patient Relations.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English is preferred.
Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
