About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor & Motion Designer to create engaging video content, motion graphics, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI-powered video production tools and workflows. This role will primarily support Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing content.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing
Shoot and edit content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media platforms.
Capture office activities, talking-head videos, product/service explainers, and branded content.
Edit videos with engaging hooks, captions, transitions, sound design, and motion elements.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.

Motion Graphics & Design
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and basic logo animations.
Design thumbnails, posters, banners, story templates, and social media creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

AI-Powered Content Creation
Use AI tools to improve content production and workflow efficiency.
Create AI-generated visuals, background replacements, enhancements, and AI avatar-based content when required.
Build reusable templates and workflows for faster content creation.

Collaboration




Work closely with the marketing team to execute content plans.
Incorporate feedback and optimize content performance.
Export content in platform-specific formats while maintaining quality.

Required Skills
Solid experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Valuable motion graphics and animation skills.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, and composition.
Experience using AI tools in video production.
Ability to independently handle video shoots, lighting, and audio setup.

Tools
Editing: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
Motion Graphics: After Effects or equivalent
Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
AI Tools: Runway, Pika, Luma, HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar

Bonus Skills
Short-form script writing
YouTube long-form editing
Color grading and audio mixing
Template and workflow creation

Who Can Apply
Candidates with a robust portfolio of reels, shorts, motion graphics, and social media creatives.
Candidates who can showcase at least two projects where AI tools were actively used.
