Customer Service Executive – Real Estate (Contract)

Working Days: 3–5 days per week (based on scheduled client visits)

Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused, qualified individuals to deliver an exceptional experience for prospective clients visiting our project site.

You will welcome clients, conduct guided property tours, explain approved project features and pricing, answer basic queries, and coordinate a smooth handover to the Relationship Manager for detailed discussions.

This is a client-facing role focused on hospitality, communication, and creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and confirm appointments.
Conduct guided property tours.
Present the project brochure and explain approved project features and pricing.
Offer basic hospitality during client visits.
Answer basic client queries using approved information.
Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for commercial discussions.




Maintain records of client visits and handovers.
Ensure client-facing areas remain organised and presentable.
Support site events and scheduled property visits.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, grooming, and punctuality.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, real estate, aviation, luxury retail, front office, or client relations.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
Confident interacting with clients and conducting property tours.
Willing to work weekends when required.
Comfortable with a flexible schedule of 3–5 days per week.
Willing to travel to Wada, Palghar.

Preferred Background

Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, premium real estate, customer service, hotels, events, or guest relations will be an advantage.

Significant Note

This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Detailed commercial negotiations, legal discussions, and booking-related matters will be handled by the Relationship Manager.

Pay: ₹10,474.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
