Prepare PQA measurements and reports based on requirements received from the Sales team, including UPS capacity sizing inputs from the Product department.
Manage and ensure the successful delivery of 3-phase UPS projects.
Understand project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective project execution.
Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and readiness.
Coordinate and participate in consultant meetings to support project planning and execution.
Liaise with customers and subcontractors for site coordination, equipment delivery, and service planning.
Coordinate with the back-office team to prepare project-related documents, including project drawings, test specifications, and work method statements as per site requirements.




Coordinate project logistics requirements with the back-office team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines and deadlines.
Facilitate coordination between Expert Services and project development teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure smooth handover of the site from project execution stage to commissioning stage.
Maintain an updated service database and report deficiencies in a timely manner.
Maintain records of clients, meetings, project updates, and outcomes.
Undertake occasional interstate travel as required for project execution and coordination.
Use AutoCAD knowledge to update and modify project drawings as required.
