Job Description – Senior Execution Engineer (Residential Building)

Job Summary

The Senior Execution Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing residential building construction activities. The role ensures that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all site execution activities for residential building projects.

Ensure RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor daily construction progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure quality control through regular inspections and compliance with project standards.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements at the site.

Plan and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment efficiently.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Verify contractor measurements,



work bills, and material consumption.

Resolve technical and site execution issues to avoid delays.

Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and project documentation.

Ensure timely completion of the project within the approved budget and schedule.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in residential building construction projects.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and residential building construction.

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in high-rise residential building projects.

Coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Knowledge of project planning, billing, and quality assurance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
