Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Project/Delivery Managers who can lead end-to-end project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps)
Act as primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Improve delivery processes and team productivity
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Positive to Have:
PMP / Scrum Master certification
Experience in IT services/product companies
Exposure to cloud-based projects
