Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our study abroad services, and scheduling appointments for counselors.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Follow up with inquiries and leads generated through various channels.

Explain study abroad programs, services, and admission processes.

Schedule appointments for counselors and maintain follow-up records.

Update and manage lead information in the CRM/database.





Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Maintain qualified communication with students and parents.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
