A Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the construction or interior project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site work and monitor project progress.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
Plan and schedule daily tasks to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues or delays.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on site status.
Resolve in office problems and communicate technical issues with architects, engineers, and clients.
Ensure proper installation of finishes, furniture, fixtures,
and equipment (FF&E;) in interior projects.
Verify measurements and quantities before execution.
