Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and staff activities.
Drive sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Supervise and motivate the sales team.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory audits.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual standards.
Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in retail/store management, preferably in furniture or home furnishing.
Solid leadership, sales, and inventory management skills.
Valuable communication and customer service abilities.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
