DailyGong Financial Service Limited is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, opening Demat and Trading Accounts, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers through various channels.
Open Demat and Trading Accounts for clients.
Promote and sell financial products and investment solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Educate clients about stock market investments, trading platforms, and financial products.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Stay updated on market trends and company products.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of the Stock Market and Financial Markets.
Knowledge of Demat and Trading Accounts.
Familiarity with NSE, BSE, and SEBI regulations.
Understanding of Equity, Derivatives,



Commodities, and Mutual Funds.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales workplace.
Customer relationship management and sales skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and computer applications.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred).
Freshers with basic knowledge of financial markets are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in financial services, sales, relationship management, banking, broking, or investment advisory will be an added advantage.
