We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support daily human resource operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate databases
Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and internal coordination
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of HR processes
Robust willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
Freshers and students pursuing HR/Management are welcome
Job Types: Part time, Internship
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
