Requirements Gathering: Experience in working with customers to understand their requirements and document them in the form of Business Requirements and then expand them to Functional Requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the testing and validation of new systems, features, or enhancements. Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify prospects for process improvements and innovation.
