We are looking for customer service representative to boost our sales by communicating with

customers. Agent-should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential

customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather

information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.

JOB DETAILS:

 Timings – 4:00 AM to 1:00PM

 Week Offs - Sunday

 Half Day - Saturday

Requirements

 For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 0months-1 year of

international outbound experience,

 Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a

similar role in the Sales Department, fresher’s can also apply

 Skilled certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.

 Great interpersonal skills.





 Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

 Robust organizational skills.

 Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

 Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and

generate potential sales leads.

 Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered

and present their benefits.
