Sales Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate leads through calls, field visits, and referrals.
Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to customers.
Recommend suitable models based on customer requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to close sales.
Maintain daily sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.

Service Responsibilities
Install, service, and troubleshoot products (RO / UV purifier / appliances depending on company).
Perform scheduled maintenance, filter replacements, and system checks.
Diagnose issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and customer appointments.




Ensure proper documentation of service calls and maintain service records.

Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Engineering background (preferred).
Basic knowledge of RO systems / electrical & plumbing.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to manage field work and travel to customer locations.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
0–3 years of experience in sales/service roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
