Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project site while ensuring a positive experience for prospective customers. The role includes supervising site maintenance, coordinating with internal teams, attending walk-in customers, providing detailed information about the project, conducting site visits, and supporting the sales process to achieve booking and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned project site.
Ensure the site is clean, secure, and presentable for customer visits.
Welcome and attend to walk-in customers and scheduled site visitors.
Explain project details, plot layouts, pricing, amenities, approvals, and available offers to customers.
Conduct site tours and answer customer queries professionally.




Build robust relationships with prospective customers and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure site readiness for customer visits.
Monitor site security, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities, customer visits, and sales updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
