Job Description Assess students to identify learning, behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs
Develop, implement, and regularly review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Adapt teaching methods, materials, and assessments to meet diverse learning needs
Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction
Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and behavior management
Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, counselors, and administrators
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs
Support students in developing social skills, independence, and self-confidence
Ensure a protected, inclusive,



and supportive learning environment
Stay updated with best practices, policies, and legal requirements in special education

RequirementsQualification
D.Ed. / B.Ed Special Education
Knowledge of special needs and disabilities
IEP planning and implementation
Adaptive teaching skills
Student assessment and monitoring
Behavior and classroom management
Solid communication skills
Patience and empathy
Teamwork and collaboration

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
