Provide advanced critical care nursing to medically complex patients in their homes.
Continuously assess the patient's condition, monitor vital signs, and identify early signs of deterioration.
Manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and other critical care equipment.
Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, injections, and enteral/parenteral nutrition safely.
Perform specialized nursing procedures, including suctioning, wound care, catheter care, and PEG/Ryle's tube management.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions within the scope of practice.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient progress to the physician and healthcare team.
Educate family members and caregivers on critical care procedures, emergency preparedness,



and infection prevention.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality care standards while delivering home-based ICU care.
Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,500.00 per month
