Accounts Executive

Location: Bhankrota, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with taxation and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries.
Handle GST, TDS, and invoice processing.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare vouchers, MIS reports, and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in accounting.




Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Robust understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills: Tally Prime, GST Filing, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, AP, AR, MIS Reporting, Bookkeeping, Financial Accounting, MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
