Job Description:

We are looking for a Telugu Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu and basic English, with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Maintain a qualified and courteous attitude during customer interactions.
Record customer details and update the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
Meet quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu (mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English.
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
