We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries and provide support for our biometric products and solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and general product queries to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to biometric devices, attendance systems, and software.
Provide technical and non-technical support through phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot issues such as device connectivity, registration errors, and software integration.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Coordinate with the technical support and field service teams for complex issues.
Educate customers on product usage, features, and maintenance.




Ensure timely follow-up on open cases until successful resolution.
Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (IT or Electronics preferred).
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of biometric technologies (fingerprint, face recognition, RFID).
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
