Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a qualified and courteous interaction with customers.
Record customer interactions and update system records.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required.
