Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of application architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote understanding and effective project delivery.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles.
Experience with system integration and middleware technologies.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment models.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable architecture.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
