Key Responsibilities

Patient Care
Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments at patients’ homes.
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and mobility training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Homecare Service Delivery
Travel to patient locations as per scheduled appointments.
Ensure patient safety and infection control during home visits.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care.
Guide patients on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.

Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and clinic teams regarding patient progress.
Provide progress updates and discharge summaries.
Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
0–3+ years of clinical experience (Homecare experience preferred).
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
Willingness to travel locally.

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
