Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Financial Coach – Client Support to support our clients in personal finance, home loans, EMIs, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial worksheets.

This is a client-support and learning-based role. Selected candidates will be trained for 30 days on our systems, client handling, home loan basics, personal finance concepts, and follow-up process.

Key Responsibilities
Speak with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
Collect basic financial information from clients.
Help clients complete finance worksheets and forms.
Explain basic concepts related to EMI, loans, budgeting, and cash flow.
Track client doubts and follow-ups.
Update client details in CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Coordinate with senior team for advanced finance or loan-related cases.
Support clients during program implementation.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Telugu and English.
Interest in personal finance, loans,



budgeting, and client guidance.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable speaking with clients.
Responsible, patient, and valuable at follow-ups.

Preferred Qualification

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA Finance, or any finance-related degree.

Suitable For

Finance freshers, client support candidates, customer support executives, academic counsellors, student counsellors, or candidates interested in learning personal finance and client guidance.
