Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support the HR team in practicing and implementing various Talent Acquisition strategies and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.




Assist in employer branding and hiring initiatives.

Requirements
Knowledge of HR practices like recruitment and selection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
Familiarity with job portals.
Graduate in any discipline (HR Preferred)- Last semester students can apply.
Can start the internship from May 5, 2026.
