Qualification:
Diploma/ B.E civil Enginner
Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in construction or real estate is preferred.
Key Requirements:
Handle customer visits at the project site.
Explain project details, plot layouts, and amenities to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team and assist customers during site visits.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure the site is well maintained.
Monitor construction and development progress.
Maintain site records and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors.
Ensure safety and cleanliness at the project site.
