Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Delivery Manager with solid expertise in Siemens Camstar and Opcenter platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end MES program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and support of MES solutions across global manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of MES projects using Siemens Camstar and Opcenter platforms.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional MES solutions.
Oversee system design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of MES systems.
Ensure alignment of MES solutions with business goals and manufacturing processes.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams and system integrators.




Drive continuous improvement and standardization of MES practices across sites.
Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
Ensure high standards of documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in MES solution delivery, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Camstar and Opcenter Execution.
Proven track record of leading MES implementations in discrete or process manufacturing industries (Pharma, Medical Device, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, etc.).
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, shop floor systems, and integration with ERP (SAP preferred).
Proficient in SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience in managing multi-site global MES rollouts.
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).

Travel: Occasional travel to global manufacturing sites as required
