Job Description.
Working on pricing and costing within SLA /overseas agents. Maintain up-to-date records of quotes.
Negotiate rates to secure business. Build rapport with customers and agents to strengthen business relationships.
Coordinate with overseas agents regarding the schedule and pre-alerts, manifestation for both air and sea import consignments.
Maintain customers focus on all the times and response to customers enquiries.
Update daily status report to customers regarding ongoing shipments.
Enhancing the productivity of customer by suggesting best possible route and mode of transportation.
Candidates with import pricing experience are preferred.
Customer Service :Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in resolving any issues related to documentation or shipment planning delays.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all import documentation.
Ensure that records are easily accessible for audits and compliance checks.
Problem Resolution: Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or issues in documentation.
· Check the agents' debit notes and update the accounts team.
