Patient Recall Coordinator

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Patient Recall Coordinator to reconnect with our existing patients, schedule appointments, and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

What You'll Do
Contact existing patients by phone to schedule their recall appointments.
Build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
Update patient records and notes accurately.
Help maintain a full schedule by encouraging patients to return for their dental care.
Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, positive, and qualified attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.




Comfortable making outbound calls.
Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Dental experience is helpful but not required—we'll provide training.
